“MB” is a licensed massage therapist as well as a functional range conditioning mobility specialist. Official titles for someone who simply put, has the knowledge & tools to help you move better!

“MB” believes that knowledge & understanding of how & why our bodies move the way they do is powerful in finding the pathway to healing & moving more fluidly. It stems from her own personal journey of moving with pain from multiple car accidents, and working at a desk for many years.

Working with “MB” is equal parts learning to move the body better, as well as an ongoing conversation about what the body has endured & where it wants to go. It’s like having a counselor, but specifically for your body.
